PROGRAMMING ISSUES:  ARCS is experiencing technical issues with receiving CBS and MyTV programming from GCI.  When these issues occur, programming on the ARCS main channel will be changed to NBC.  Programming will be changed without notice as technical issues arise and will revert back to regular programming when fixed.  This is an on-going issue and there is no timeline for a solution.  ARCS staff is working with GCI to resolve the problem.
